As the screeching, howling group circles them, they realize they are in front of a throne made of skulls and bones. Jay stumbles, and the ferals swarm around them. Meanwhile, Addy and Jay flee into a field. While they manage to escape, the ferals descend on Vogel, who succumbs to their attacks in a Walking Dead moment despite his vast experience and knowledge of the creatures. Not long after, other ferals enter the cabin, surrounding Jay and Addy. One sneaks into Vogel's office and attacks him.
